Few sectors have as great a need for attention to experiences as the healthcare field. Delivering journeys to patients and families with quality, safety, and care directly impacts issues ranging from treatment outcomes to user loyalty and institutional reputation.

With this in mind, SoluCX, in partnership with SOBREXP (Brazilian Society for Patient Experience and Person-Centered Care) and The Beryl Institute, launches the study "Expectations and Patient Experience with Healthcare in Brazil".

The survey is a Brazilian version of the study already conducted annually in the USA by The Beryl Institute and aims to understand the patient experience in the country, with 2.794 people surveyed between August and September 2023.

By listening to the patient's voice on different aspects of their experience, the study comparatively reveals expectations between the public and private sectors, as well as bringing perceptions about issues related to healthcare professionals, hospital environments, and internal institutional processes.
